"How shipping works"

“We offer two types of shipping depending on the type of artwork: for paintings done on canvas and for works made on paper.”

“Once payment for the artwork is completed, shipping arrangements will commence. The artwork will be shipped within one to three days. You will receive an email confirming acceptance of your purchase and notifying you that shipping is in progress. Once the artwork has been dispatched, you will receive another email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress until it reaches its destination.”

“Shipping of canvas artwork”

“For canvas artworks, whether originals or prints, each piece is fully covered with wax paper and then carefully rolled into a cardboard tube, which is further padded with bubble wrap to ensure protection from any potential damage. Original artworks are shipped in a securely sealed wooden crate, while print reproductions are shipped in a well-sealed and protected cardboard box.”

“Shipping of paper artwork”

“For artworks made on paper, each piece is placed on a sturdy cardboard backing, protected with wax paper. The artwork, along with the cardboard backing, is then wrapped in bubble wrap and carefully packaged in a perfectly sealed and protected cardboard box to begin its journey to its destination.”
